Falahari papad taccos

Ingredients to make Falahari papad taccos

  • Home made aloo papad Made with rock salt- 4 piece
  • Boiled and mashed potatoes- 1/2 cup
  • Greated cucumber- 1/2 cup
  • Greated carrot- 1/2 cup
  • Greated paneer-1/2 cup
  • rock salt to taste
  • Fresh tomato chutney-1/2 cup
  • Corriender leaf chutney-1/2 cup
  • red chilly powder-1 tsp
  • Roasted cumin powder-1 tsp
  • Chopped coriander leaves and pudina leaves-2 tsp
  • Chopped green chillies-2 tsp
  • oil for fry

How to make Falahari papad taccos

  1. Take all grated fillings
  2. Take chutneys . spices and coriander leaves and pudina leaf
  3. Put oil in deep frying pan. Fry all the papads and shape it like a taco.
  4. Place all the ingredients in layers one by one in the fried papad taco. First potatoes then cucumber then carrots, now spread chutneys and spread paneer.
  5. Lastly sprinkle salt. Cumin powder and red chilly powder and garnish with leaves and serve immediately.

My Tip:

Serve immediately as it gets soggy within minutes.
