Crispy and healty palak chakli

Palak /spinach chakli

Ingredients to make Palak /spinach chakli

  • 2 Cups rice flour
  • 1/2 Cup besan
  • 1/2 tsp jeera
  • Pinch of hing
  • Ajwain 1/2 tsp
  • 2 -3 Green chilli
  • coriander leaves
  • 1 Cup palak puree
  • oil for deep frying
  • 1/2 water or as required to need
  • 2 tsp butter
  • salt to teast

How to make Palak /spinach chakli

  1. Firstly preare the palak puree by blending handfull of palak , 2 green chilli and 1/4 cup water
  2. Blend to smooth paste and keep a side
  3. Now in a large mixing bowl take 2 cups rice flour , 1/2 cup besan , 1/2 tsp jeera pinch of hing and aajwain., salt to teast and 2 tsp butter
  4. Combine all the ingredients well , making sure to madh butter
  5. Now add prepared palak puree and mean x well
  6. Additionally waterva required and knead dough to smooth and soft dough
  7. Now take star mold and prepare small spiral shaped chakli by pressing
  8. Take one palak chakli at time and slidr it into oil
  9. Flip the chakli and fry on medium flame till they crispy from both sides
