Ingredients to make Gobi 65

  • cauliflower pieces 1 cup
  • Corn flour 4 teaspoon
  • maida 3 teaspoon
  • Rice flour 1 teaspoon
  • sooji 3/4 teaspoon
  • lemon juice 1.5 teaspoon
  • Garam masala 1 teaspoon
  • chilly powder 3 teaspoon
  • ginger garlic paste 1 teaspoon
  • salt
  • curry leaves
  • turmeric powder 1/4 teaspoon
  • Green chilly 2 numbers

How to make Gobi 65

  1. In a bowl add corn flour, Maida, rice flour,sooji,lemon juice, garam masala, chilly powder,ginger garlic paste, salt, turmeric powder and add water to make baji like batter
  2. Dip the cauliflower pieces in the batter and deep fry it till crispy
