Spicy & Healthy Bhindi

Ingredients to make Spicy & Healthy Bhindi

  • Lady finger- 250 gm
  • Onion sliced 1/2 small
  • Cumin seeds 1/2tsp
  • Green.chilli 1-2 (split)
  • Dry Red chilli 1
  • Curry leaves 2-3
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • Cumin powder 1 tsp
  • Coriander powder 2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  • Olive Oil 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste

How to make Spicy & Healthy Bhindi

  1. Wash and dry ladyfingers properly. Cut them in the shape you like.
  2. Heat a non stick pan. Add oil and cumin seeds. Once it crackles add green chili, red chilli, curry leaves, onion and saute.
  3. Add lady fingers and cover with lid for a few minutes. Remove lid and add all spices.
  4. Now mix lady finger and spices properly, cook till it becomes soft . Add salt and pepper.
