Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. One cup ghee
  2. Two spoons rava
  3. Two spoons wheat flour/rajgura flour
  4. One cup finely chopped dry fruits (almond,kaju,kismis,charoli)
  5. Two spoons coconut powder
  6. One cup sugar
  7. One cup long stripped chopped raw mango
  8. One cup sugar
  9. One spoon khus khus
  10. Elaichi powder
  11. Water 500 ml

Instructions

  1. Keep ready all your ingredients ready
  2. Place a huge pan on heat with slowflame...
  3. Now add ghee ,rava and roast for few min ,add flour n again roast till brown..now add khus khus ,kairi and charoli n roast for one min..
  4. Add all the dry fruits and roast till brown.
  5. Slowly add coconut powder and roast for one min...
  6. Finally add water n sugar n let it cook for 15 min till aroma arise and all ingredients in it softens....
  7. Finally add elaichi powder n ready to serve as Prasad toooooo..
  8. It taste yummilicious...do try and share...
