Spicy creamy chessy chicken

Ingredients to make Spicy creamy chessy chicken

  • Chicken - 1/2 kg
  • Creamy cheese - 2 tablespoon
  • Spring onion - 1 bunch.
  • Oil - 2 tablespoon.
  • Shezwan sauce - 1 tablespoon. Tomato puree - 3 tablespoon
  • lemon juice squeezed from half a lemon
  • Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon.
  • Green chilli - 1
  • Butter - 2 tablespoon
  • Cashewnut paste - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste
  • Bey leaf - 1
  • Apinch of red color
  • Black pepper powder - 1teaspoon.
  • Soya sauce - 1 Teaspoon
  • Red chili - 2 Tablespoon
  • Grated ginger - 1inch
  • Ginger garlic chopped - very small quantity
  • Vinegar - 1 tablespoon.

How to make Spicy creamy chessy chicken

  1. Heat butter in a pan, add ginger and 1/2 teaspoon of soya sauce. Add chicken and toss it. Keep it aside.
  2. Again heat oil in the pan, add few grated ginger, bay leaves, green chillis and stir it for a few seconds. Add spring onions and stir for 4-5 minutes
  3. Now add soya sauce, shezwan sauce, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste, tomato puree, black pepper and salt. Stir it for 5 minutes.
  4. Then add tossed chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Add coriander leaves, a pinch of red colour and creamy cheese, mix it well.
  5. Garnish with spring onions and creamy cheese.
  6. Serve with Chapati or Naan.
