Makhana Lauki Rasgulla

Ingredients to make Makhana Lauki Rasgulla

  • 1 cup grated lauki
  • 1 cup makhana
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Pinch of cardamom powder
  • Pinch of kesar strands

How to make Makhana Lauki Rasgulla

  1. Roast makhana and put in grinder for grinding.
  2. Makhana after grinding.
  3. Then blanch the Lauki for 5 minutes.
  4. Then squeeze out excess water from Lauki.
  5. Now in plate put Lauki, makhana, cardamom powder and mix it nicely.
  6. Now make small balls.
  7. Then baked it into airfryer for 5 minutes at 180 degree centigrade.
  8. Meanwhile put 1 cup water and sugar for making sugar syrup.
  9. Then add cardamom powder.
  10. When balls baked put into sugar syrup for 10 minutes.
  11. Now your rasgulla is ready garnish with kesar and relish.
