Navratri special snack Sago Chivda.

Sago Chivda

Ingredients to make Sago Chivda

  • sabudana 1/2 cup
  • potato salli 1/2 cup
  • peanuts 1/4 cup
  • Green chilli slit 6-8
  • cashew nuts 8-10 piece
  • curry leaves 8-10
  • Sindha namak to taste
  • Powder sugar 1/2tsp
  • oil for frying

How to make Sago Chivda

  1. Heat oil in a kadai.
  2. Fry all ingrediens sabudana,potato salli,peanuts,green chilli slit,cashew nuts and curry leaves one by one.
  3. Drain all on the absorbent paper.
  4. Rest it for 5-10 minutes.
  5. Now bring a big bowl,add all fried things into the bowl.
  6. Add salt and powder sugar,mix it well.
  7. Store in a air tight container and serve with tea.
