Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Water chestnut (singhada)flour
  2. 2 bowls.
  3. Sago flour 1/2 bowl
  4. Bhagar flour 1/2 bowl.
  5. Curd 1 bowl
  6. Sugar 1tbsp
  7. Black salt as per taste
  8. Cumin powder 1 tsp
  9. 10-15 mint leaves
  10. 4-5 Boiled potatoes
  11. Roasted peanuts 4 tbsp
  12. Cumin seed 1 tsp
  13. 4-5 Green chillies
  14. Sesame seeds 2 tbsp
  15. Baking soda 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl and mix all 3 flour in it put cumin powder ,salt sugar and soda put curd and knead the dough. Make a smooth dough. Keep aside for one hour.
  2. Put some oil in a kadai and add cumin seeds, when they crackle put green chillies, roasted peanuts, sesame seeds
  3. Now put boiled and cut potatoes and make a dry mix for stuffing.
  4. Sprinkle some mint and coriander in it.
  5. Now take little ball of kneaded dough and roll it like a puri size.put in the middle prepared dry potatomix in it. Take two side of a corner and press it together.
  6. Take again another side of corner and press it .till the half of it .so it could look open .
  7. Take the third part of corner and press it till half.
  8. But b careful the middle part of the samosa should b open. Make all samosa with this way.
  9. Now put these all in oven on 180° for 15 to 20 minutes.
  10. After baking take it out from the oven and brush them with butter and sprinkle some cheese.
  11. Vrat ka "OPEN SAMOSA" is ready
