Layered Samosa

Ingredients to make Layered Samosa

  • Refind flour 200 gm
  • Carom sedds 1 tbsp
  • Oil 2 tbsp, salt to taste
  • For filling:-
  • hing 1 pinch
  • oil 4 tbsp
  • cumin seed 1 tbsp
  • 4 raw banana
  • Green chilli 2
  • Red chilli powder 3/4tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • turmeric 1/4tbsp
  • Garam masala3/4tbsp
  • Corriender
  • oil for fry

How to make Layered Samosa

  1. 1st knead dough from 1st three ingredients with warm water
  2. Rest it for 15 minutes
  3. In pan add 4 tbsp oil ,pinch of hing & cumin seed
  4. Add green chilli.saute it
  5. Add mashed banana &spices
  6. Cook 4 minutes
  7. Add corriender leaves
  8. After 15 minutes take a portion of dough, roll it
  9. Cut into half ,make strips in one part
  10. Cover it with another part
  11. Fold it &roll mixture.shape it like samosas
  12. Fry it in low medium flame till crispy
  13. Layered samosa is ready

My Tip:

You can add veggie as per your taste
