Ingredients to make Masala Kadalai / Peanut Pakoras

  • peanuts 200 gms
  • besan flour 5 table spoons
  • Rice flour 2 table spoons
  • curd 3 table spoons
  • Crushed garlic 2 tea spoons
  • curry leaves
  • salt to taste
  • Red chilli Powder 1 tea spoon
  • oil for deep frying

How to make Masala Kadalai / Peanut Pakoras

  1. In a broad bowl add all the above ingredients except oil.
  2. Mix well and see to it the peanuts are coated well with the flours. If needed add little water .
  3. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the peanuts till they become crisp.

My Tip:

Adding crushed ginger gives exotic flavour to the fried peanuts.
