Ingredients to make Barided zone

  • Panner - 1/2 cup
  • capsicum(red,yellow, green) - 1 cup
  • Cheese - 250 gms
  • Redchilly sauce - 2 teaspoon
  • Oragono - 1/2 teaspoon
  • red chilly - 1/2 teaspoon
  • flour - 1/2 cup
  • Rice flour - 1/2 cup
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tp
  • Cold water - 1 cup
  • oil as required
  • salt to taste

How to make Barided zone

  1. Mix flour, rice flour, baking powder and oil with water to make a dought and cover it. keep aside for 15 min
  2. Cut capsicum and cheese into small pieces.
  3. Add oragono, red chilly sauce, red chilly dry, salt and mix well.
  4. Make a roti from the dough. Cut from right side a little and then from left side a little. .
  5. Put the other mixed ingredients inside the roti and make a roll.
  6. Kept it in the oven at 180° for 40 minutes.

My Tip:

Read properly all steps, then make it in oven and check if its baking properly or not.
