About Masala chaas Recipe

Masaala chaas is a cool buttermilk drink to refresh oneself during fasting period .

Masala chaas

Ingredients to make Masala chaas

  • yogurt 150 gms
  • Chill water 2 glasses
  • cumin seeds 1/4 teaspoon
  • green chilly 1 long
  • rock salt as required
  • Freshly chopped coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
  • Freshly chopped mint leaves 2 teaspoons .
  • ginger a small piece
  • nutmeg powder a pinch

How to make Masala chaas

  1. In a blender , take all the ingredients except coriander and mint leaves .
  2. Blend together finely .
  3. Transfer to the serving glasses .
  4. Garnish with chopped coriander and mint leaves .
  5. Chill chill masala chaas is ready !
