Ingredients to make Sharbat - E - khas

  • Ghee - 2 tablespoon
  • Almonds - 2 tablespoon
  • Poppy seeds - 2tablespoon
  • Melon seeds - 2 tablespoon
  • Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sugar - 2 tablespoon
  • Coconut milk - 1/2 cup
  • Rose Syrup - 2 tablespoon
  • Full cream milk - 1 cup
  • Saffron strands for garnish

How to make Sharbat - E - khas

  1. In a pan add ghee , soaked almonds , melon seeds , poppy seeds , sugar , cardamom powder and stir it well .
  2. Make paste of it in mortar pastle .
  3. In a bowl add paste , rose syrup , coconut milk and milk in it . And serve it chilled .
My Tip: Soak almonds , poppy seeds and melon seeds for 3-4 hours .
