Ingredients to make Maharashtrian kadhi

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp gram flour
  • 1 Tsp cumin seeds
  • coriander leaves
  • Kasuri methi a pinch
  • 7 Curry leave
  • salt to teast
  • 1-2 green chillies
  • oil
  • 1 Cup water
  • 1 Tsp turmeric powder
  • 3-4 garlic cloves
  • 1 Tsp mustard seed

How to make Maharashtrian kadhi

  1. TAKE DAHI IN A BOWL AND ADD GRAM FLOUR
  2. BEAT IT HEAVILY TO HAVE SMOOTH BATTER
  3. MIX WELL TO FORME A SMOOTH MIXTURE
  4. NOW ADD OIL TO PAN AND ADD MUSTARD SEED
  5. ADD CUMIN SEEDS AND GARLIC CLOVES CHOPPED
  6. ADD GREEN CHILLI AND CURRY LEAVES , CORIANDER LEAVES AND TURMERIC POWDER
  7. ADD DAHI BEASN MIXTURE TO THE PAN
  8. ADD SALT AND KASURI METHI MIX WELL
  9. MIX THEM WELL AND BRING TO SIMMER
