  • Mustard, urad dal-1 spn
  • oil-3 spn
  • Grated coconut-2tblspn

How to make Ladies finger dry fry

  1. TAKE ALL YOUR INGREDIENTS
  2. HEAT A PAN AND POUR 3 SPOON COCONUT OIL
  3. HEAT OIL AND ADD MUSTARD, URAD DAL, WHEN IT SPLUTTERS ADD CURRY LEAVES
  4. ADD ONION AND SAUTE IT FOR 5 MINS
  5. ADD SALT AND TOMATO
  6. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND COOK IT
  7. WHEN ONION AND TOMATO COOKS WELL ADD LADIES FINGER, 1/4SPN SUGAR AND RED CHILLI POWDER
  8. COOK IT FOR 10MINS
  9. FINALLY ADD GRATED COCONUT AND TOSS WELL
  10. FRY IT WELL
  11. TRANSFER TO BOWL AND SERVE
