  • 1 Cup gram flour
  • 1/4 Tsp turmeric
  • salt to teast
  • 5 tsp oill for rosting
  • Green chilli chopped
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • 1/2 Cup water or as requird
  • 1/2 Tsp caraway seed

How to make Veg omeleatte/ beasan chilla

  1. TAKE GRAM FLOUR IN MIXING BOWL ADD 1 CUP OF WATER
  2. MIX WELL TO REMOVE ANY LAMPS
  3. ADD TOMATOES , GREEN CHILLI , AND ONION ALL INGREDIENTS CHOPPED IN GRAM FLOUR
  4. ADD TURMERIC POWDER AND CANMIN POWDER
  5. ADD SALT , CARAWAY SEEDS AND WATER MIX WELL
  6. MIX WELL
  7. GREES OIL IN TAWA
  8. FURTHER, POUR A LADLEFUL OF BATTER ONTO A HOT TAWA AND SPREAD GENTLY
  9. NOW FLIP THE CHILLA AND COOK BOTH SIDES
