  • salt to taste
  • 1 Tsp mustard seed
  • 1 tomatoes chopped
  • coriander leaves
  • Green pesat( garlic , ginger , coriander)
  • 1 Tsp coriander powder
  • 5-6 Green chilli
  • 1 Tsp cumin powder
  • 1 Tsp cumin seed
  • 2 tsp oil

  1. TAKE GREEN BRINSAL
  2. CHOPPED GREEN CHILLI, TOMATOES AND ONIANS, CORIANDER
  3. MAKE GARLIC, GINGER AND CORIANDER GREEN PEAST
  4. HEAT A KADHAI AND ADD OIL
  5. ADD MUSTARD SEEDS AND CUMIN SEEDS
  6. ADD ONIONS AND MIX WELL
  7. ADD GREEN PEAST AND GREEN CHILLIP CHOPPED
  8. ADD TOMATOES CHOPPED
  9. ADD CUMIN POWDER CORIANDER POWDER AND TURMERIC POWDER
  10. ADD SALT
  11. ADD BRINJAL CHOPPED MIX WELL
  12. COVER LID
  13. COOK FOR ABOUT 6-7 MINUTES
  14. READY DRY BRINJAL CURRY
  15. SERVE WITH HOT RICE
