Eggless Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients to make Eggless Chocolate Mousse

  • Dark Chocolate - 3 cups broken
  • Sugar - 1/4 cup
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Instant Coffee Granules - 1 tsp
  • Whipping Cream - 2 cups

How to make Eggless Chocolate Mousse

  1. On a medium flame in a sauce pan, heat water. To this add sugar and coffee granules.
  2. Stir until sugar gets completely dissolved. Bring this to boil.
  3. Stir in broken chocolate pieces. Let them melt on low flame.
  4. Turn off the flame and transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Whisk the cream until stiff peaks appear. Add this to the above chocolate bowl.
  6. Combine well and pour into small serving cups.
  7. Refrigerate these cups for 1-2 hours.
