White sauce pasta with mushrooms and green peas

Ingredients to make White sauce pasta with mushrooms and green peas

  • Pasta- one cup
  • Mushrooms, cauliflower and green peas- half cup each boiled
  • butter- one tbsps
  • Milk- half litre
  • salt- to taste
  • water- as per required
  • maida- 2 tsps
  • Grated cheese- one tsp

How to make White sauce pasta with mushrooms and green peas

  1. First aside mushrooms with little butter..Once it leaves water strain it and keep aside.
  2. Boil cauliflower and green peas and keep the stock aside.
  3. In a kadayi add butter , fry Maida and keep pouring milk and stir well till its creamy
  4. Boil pasta and strain it keep aside
  5. Add boiled pasta to the cream and add mushrooms and vegetables Mix well add salt and again mix well.
  6. Grate cheese and top it on pasta with little herbs

My Tip:

Pasta should be strained and cooled. You can add even the stock of vegetables and mushroom stock
