Ingredients to make Healthy Chudwa

  • Three cups flattened rice(poha)
  • One cup dry fruits (almond,kaju,kismis,charoli,melonseeds)
  • Half cup coconut strips
  • One cup shredded potato chips
  • One two tsp peanuts
  • One cup oil
  • salt
  • turmeric powder
  • amchur powder

How to make Healthy Chudwa

  1. HEAT PAN ,ADD 3 TBSP OIL..ADD 1/2 CUP MELON SEEDS N CHAROLI N FRY.REMOVE THE SEEDS ASIDE
  2. FRY ONE CUP ALMONDS,KAJU,KISMIS,PEANUTS,DRY COCONUT PIECES TILL BROWN N KEEP ASIDE
  3. FRY POTATO STICKS IN THE SAME OIL N KEEP ASIDE..NOW SLOWLY ROAST THIN POHA IN OVEN FOR 5 TO 7 MINS
  4. ADD TURMERIC ,SALT,AMCHUR POWDER N MIX WELL WHEN HOT ITSELF.
