Ingredients to make Bhurmeese egg athho

  • Plain noodle-250 gms
  • Oil fried onions-50 gms
  • oil fried garlic-50 gms
  • onion sliced-1
  • cabbage-100 gms
  • red chilli-6
  • Groundnut-50 gm
  • Butter or oil -2 tbsp
  • egg -4
  • salt
  • coriander
  • lemon-1

How to make Bhurmeese egg athho

  1. Boil noodle in hot water for 5 mins and drain it.
  2. In a large pan add Onion,cabbage and saute for 5 mins.
  3. dry roast red chilli and grounding and grind it coarsely.
  4. Add the mixture into onion and saute it for 2 mins,now add oil fried onion and garlic.
  5. Now add egg and salt and scramble it..
  6. squeeze one lemon and add the noodle and saute it for 5 min
  7. finally add coriander leaves.
