  1. Basmati rice 1/2 cup
  2. Tomato 1 number
  3. Green chilly 2 numbers
  4. Garlic 2 numbers
  5. Pudina leaves 1/4 cup
  6. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  7. Ginger a small piece
  8. Onion 1 number
  9. Salt
  10. Oil 1 tablespoon
  11. Ghee 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. GRIND TOMATO GARLIC GINGER GREEN CHILLY PURINA AND CORIANDER LEAVES INTO FINE PASTE
  2. COOK BASMATI RICE OIL AND SALT TILL ONE WHISTLE
  3. IN A PAN ADD GHEE CINNAMON CLOVES ELAICHI AND BAY LEAVES
  4. ADD ONION AND SAUTE TILL PINK
  5. ADD GROUND PASTE AND SAUTE
  6. SAUTE TILL DRY AND ADD RICE
  7. MIX ALL WELL
