Ingredients to make Shushila (puffed rice poha)

  • 4 cup puffed rice
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2-3 green chilli
  • salt
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 1tsp cumin seed
  • 1 mustard seeds
  • 1/2 Tsp turmeric
  • 4-5 curry leaves
  • 1 tomatoes chopped

How to make Shushila (puffed rice poha)

  1. WASH PUFFED RICE AND DRAIN THE WATER COMPLETLY
  2. KEEP AIDED FOR 10 MINUTES ROOM TEMPERATURE
  3. HEAT OIL IN PAN ADD MUSTARD SEEDS , CUMIN SEEDS
  4. ADD ONION CHOPPED
  5. ADD CURRY LEAVES
  6. ADD GREEN CHILLIES, SALT TOMATOES CHOPPED
  7. ADD TUREMERIC POWDER
  8. ADD PUFFED RICE MIX WELL
  9. COOK FOR 2 MINUTES
