About Undhiyu Recipe

Undhiyu is a Gujrati dish cooked in almost every Indian houses.

Ingredients to make Undhiyu

  • Sweet potato - 1-2
  • potato - 1
  • Brinjal - 2-3small
  • cashews - 1/4cup
  • oil - 2tablespoon
  • salt - As per taste
  • ginger/garlic paste - 2tablespoon
  • onion -1chopped
  • For masala-
  • cilantro -1/4cup
  • coconut - 1/4cup
  • Green chillie - 1
  • Spring onion greens - 1/4cup
  • water - 1/4cup

How to make Undhiyu

  1. Firstly ground the masala and keep it aside.
  2. In a pan add oil than add g/g paste.
  3. Add onion saute it for 2mins.
  4. Than add all the veggies put masala and salt mix well.
  5. Add water than pressure cook it.
  6. And ready to serve.
