Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Pasta 150gms
  2. Basmati Rice 1 bowl (boiled)
  3. 1 tomato small
  4. Zuchinni 1
  5. Red bell pepper 1/2
  6. Yellow bellpepper 1/2
  7. Garlic 6 cloves
  8. Ginger 2 inch
  9. Processed cheeze 1 cube
  10. Salt to taste
  11. Pepper 1 tspn
  12. Italian herbes
  13. Cabbage leaves 3
  14. Vinegar 1 tspn
  15. Tomato ketchup 1 tblspn
  16. Lemon 1/2
  17. Pasta sauce 1 tblspn
  18. Butter 1/4 tspn
  19. Oil 1 tblspn

Instructions

  1. Boil pasta with some salt and few drops of oil.Also boil rice on the other side.
  2. Strain it and keep aside.
  3. Take a wok or pan.Put some oil to it.Add some minced garlic to it and then transfer all pasta.Add salt pepper and italian herbes (oregano and chilly flakes) and give it a toss.At last add tomato ketchup, pasta sauce and vinegar to it.
  4. Take another pan. Add oil and allow it to get hot.Add minced garlic and grated ginger to it , after that add chopped tomatoes salt and pepper to it. Mix it well and the add rice to it and give it a toss
  5. Chop the vegetables.Boil the vegetables and then shallow fry in a nonstick pan . Mix salt pepper and italian herbes and squeeze half lemon
  6. Now for the platting take a sizzler plate.place it on burner and heat it nicely.greece the tray with butter and add cabbage leaves on it .
  7. When you get the burning flavour plate your sizzler with pasta rice and veggies around.Grate Cheeze over it.
