Ingredients to make Broad beans curry

  • Broad beans-1/4 kg
  • Small onion- 10 chopped
  • curry leaves-1 strig
  • oil- 1 tblspn
  • turmeric powder- 1/2 spn
  • chilli powder-1 spn
  • masala powder-1 spn
  • Roasted channa dal-1 tsp
  • coconut-2tblspn
  • Mustard, urad dal-1spn

How to make Broad beans curry

  1. HEAT COOKER AND ADD 1TBLSPN OIL
  2. ADD MUSTARD SEED, URAD DAL
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES, BROAD BEANS AND ONION, SAUTE THIS
  4. ADD 1 SPN CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 SPN TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD SALT AND TOSS IT
  6. IN A MIXER JAR ADD COCONUT, 1SPN ROASTED CHANNA DAL
  7. ADD A TSP OF MASALA POWDER, AND PASTE IT WITH WATER
  8. ADD GRINDED PASTE TO BROAD BEANS AND COOK IT FOR 2WHISTLES
  9. ITS DONE
