Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Broad beans-1/4 kg
  2. Small onion- 10 chopped
  3. Curry leaves-1 strig
  4. Oil- 1 tblspn
  5. Turmeric powder- 1/2 spn
  6. Chilli powder-1 spn
  7. Masala powder-1 spn
  8. Roasted channa dal-1 tsp
  9. Coconut-2tblspn
  10. Mustard, urad dal-1spn

Instructions

  1. HEAT COOKER AND ADD 1TBLSPN OIL
  2. ADD MUSTARD SEED, URAD DAL
  3. ADD CURRY LEAVES, BROAD BEANS AND ONION, SAUTE THIS
  4. ADD 1 SPN CHILLI POWDER, 1/2 SPN TURMERIC POWDER
  5. ADD SALT AND TOSS IT
  6. IN A MIXER JAR ADD COCONUT, 1SPN ROASTED CHANNA DAL
  7. ADD A TSP OF MASALA POWDER, AND PASTE IT WITH WATER
  8. ADD GRINDED PASTE TO BROAD BEANS AND COOK IT FOR 2WHISTLES
  9. ITS DONE
