German mini scones (eggless, no yeast )

Ingredients to make German mini scones (eggless, no yeast )

  • butter - 1/4 cup
  • salt - 1 pinch.
  • Baking powder - 1 tablespoon.
  • all purpose flour - 2 cups
  • Milk - 3/4 cup
  • sugar - 2 tablespoons

How to make German mini scones (eggless, no yeast )

  1. In a bowl add all purpose flour, baking powder, salt, butter, mix it well and add sugar
  2. mixed milk mix it gently like a soft dough.
  3. Roll this into inch thick, 
  4. take fluted cutter and cut them into rounds,
  5. transfer into baking tray,
  6. Give the milk wash and bake them at 220 c for 10 minutes
  7. ready to serve with butter and mix fruit jam
