Porridge Risotto with beetroot sauce

Ingredients to make Porridge Risotto with beetroot sauce

  • Porridge 100gm
  • cauliflower flowerets 4-5 No
  • Chopped carrot 3tbsp
  • olive oil 4 tbsp
  • butter 2tsp
  • Green pea 20 gm
  • corn 10 gm
  • Black pepper 1tsp
  • Crushed garlic 2-3 clove
  • Processed cheese 2tsp
  • salt As per taste
  • curd 3 tsp
  • Roast beet root paste 1 tsp

How to make Porridge Risotto with beetroot sauce

  1. 2- Take a pan add butter and olive oil heat it. 3- Add chopped garlic and sauté it.
  2. 4- Add all vegetables. 5- Cook it 4-5 mins.
  3. 6- Now add porridge and stir it properly. 7- Add salt and pepper.
  4. 8- Add water by ladle slowly 3-4 times. 9- Stir it properly
  5. 10- Now cover the pan for 1-2 min. 11- Take a bowl add curd and beet root paste salt and pepper mix well.
  6. 12- Serve hot and yummy porridge risotto with beet root sauce. 13- Garnish with cheese.

You can make this with quinoa...
