Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Porridge 100gm
  2. Cauliflower flowerets 4-5 No
  3. Chopped carrot 3tbsp
  4. Olive oil 4 tbsp
  5. Butter 2tsp
  6. Green pea 20 gm
  7. Corn 10 gm
  8. Black pepper 1tsp
  9. Crushed garlic 2-3 clove
  10. Processed cheese 2tsp
  11. Salt As per taste
  12. Curd 3 tsp
  13. Roast beet root paste 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. 2- Take a pan add butter and olive oil heat it. 3- Add chopped garlic and sauté it.
  2. 4- Add all vegetables. 5- Cook it 4-5 mins.
  3. 6- Now add porridge and stir it properly. 7- Add salt and pepper.
  4. 8- Add water by ladle slowly 3-4 times. 9- Stir it properly
  5. 10- Now cover the pan for 1-2 min. 11- Take a bowl add curd and beet root paste salt and pepper mix well.
  6. 12- Serve hot and yummy porridge risotto with beet root sauce. 13- Garnish with cheese.
