Rava Fish Fry

Ingredients to make Rava Fish Fry

  • 4 Kingfish sliced
  • 2 tbsp Rice flour
  • 1 tbs Ginger-Garlic paste
  • 1 tbs Kashmiri Red Chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 cup Semolina
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Oil for frying

How to make Rava Fish Fry

  1. Gently marinate the fish slices gently with turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt, for 10 mins.
  2. Mix kashmiri red chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste into a bowl.
  3. Rub the chilli paste over the fish and allow to rest for 15 mins.
  4. Mix semolina and rice flour in a deep dish. Coat the fish from all sides with this mixture.
  5. Heat oil in a shallow pan. Fry the fish over medium heat until golden brown on both sides and cooked through.
  6. Serve with lemon wedges and onion slices on the side.
