  • curd one cup
  • gram flour two n half cup
  • oil three spn
  • salt
  • curry leaves
  • cumin
  • Green chilli paste
  • spinach two bowls
  • turmeric

How to make Kadi Gola

  1. TAKE A BOWL OF CURD..ADD ONE SPOON GRAMFLOUR AND SIEVE IT TO AVOID LUMPS..
  2. TAKE A PAN..HEAT IT..ADD TWO SPN OIL,RAI,JEERA,GREENCHILLI,CURRY LEAVES, HALDI AND ONE SPN METHI SEEDS
  3. ADD CURD GRAM FLOUR MIXTURE IN THE PAN ..ADD ONE CUP OF WATER N THEN BOIL KADI FOR TEN MIN MIXING CONTINUOUSLY..
  4. IN ANOTHER VESSEL..TAKE A TWO BOWLS OF FINELY CHOPPED SPINACH,TWO SPN GREEN CHILLI PASTE,JEERA,ONE SPN OIL
  5. ADD ONE BOWL GRAM FLOUR N SALT..NOW MIX IT PROPERLY..
  6. TURN INTO SEMI SOFT DOUGH..DO NOT ADD WATER. U CAN ADD MORE GRAM FLOUR FOR PROPER BINDING...
  7. ONCE THE KADI BOILS..ADD SMALL DUMPLINGS OF SPINACH MASALA
  8. BOIL TILL THE GOLAS YA DUMPLINGS RISE ABOVE
  9. READY TO SERVE
