Macroon is a famous dish of france. Now gradually it is getting popular in india also. Today i made orange flavour and tie die macroons.

Ingredients to make Tie die macroons

  • 50 gram icing sugar
  • 65 gram almond powder
  • 2 egg whites (room temperature)
  • 1/4 tsp cream of tarter
  • 100 gram castor sugar
  • Orange and yellow gel food colour
  • Whipped cream filling----
  • 1 cup 1cing sugar
  • 1/2 Cup butter
  • Yellow gel colour
  • 1/4 tsp vanila essence
  • 1/2 tsp orange essence

How to make Tie die macroons

  1. In food processor take almond powder
  2. And grind finely
  3. Take egg whites in a dry bowl
  4. Add cream of tarter
  5. Beat egg whites till stiff peaks
  6. Add 1 gram icing sugar at a time and beat
  7. Repeat it till all sugar mix
  8. Beat till glossy and thick
  9. Add both colours
  10. And essence
  11. Don't mix colours properly
  12. Add dry ingredents in wet
  13. Fill in piping bag
  14. And pipe on macroons sheet
  15. And tap tray to remove air bubbles
  16. Leave them 1 an hour
  17. Preheat ovan
  18. Bake them on 160 degree for 10 to 15 min.
  19. Take them out from ovan
  20. Let them cool completely
  21. Our macroons are ready
  22. For whip cream filling----
  23. Beat whip cream till soft peaks and add yellow colour
  24. Take whip cream in a piping bag and pipe in one macroons and cover with other
  25. And serve
