ABOUT Nutella Filled Donuts RECIPE

Donuts are also well known street foods in many countries, though their name and shape may varies.This Nutella filled Donuts are quite popular in France and we love it.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5cups All purpose flour
  2. 1tbsp Instant yeast
  3. 2cups Lukewarm Milk
  4. 1/2cup Sugar
  5. 1/4cup Butter (melted)
  6. 1tsp Salt
  7. 1 Egg
  8. 1/4cup Powdered sugar
  9. 1/2cup Nutella

Instructions

  1. Take the all purpose flour,yeast in a bowl, add the milk, melted butter, sugar, salt, egg and mix everything together.
  2. Knead the dough well until it turns smooth and slightly sticky.
  3. Place the dough into a greased bowl, cover it, and let it rise for 2 hours.
  4. Lightly flour your working surface and knead the dough for few minutes. Punch the dough and roll the dough 1/2-inch thick with a floured rolling pin.
  5. Cut dough using a round cookie cutter or else with a round glass.
  6. Cover the donuts and let them sit to rise atleast for an hour.
  7. Heat enough oil for frying, and fry the donuts both sides until they turns golden brown.
  8. Sprinkle some powdered sugar on top of the donuts or drop them in powdered sugar.
  9. Meanwhile fill a piping bag with nutella.
  10. Using a skewer or a sharp knife, make a hole on the side of the donut and then fill it with Nutella.
