Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Ghee 1-2 tbsp
  2. Grated Carrots 7-8
  3. Milk 1/2 cup
  4. Mawa 1/2 cup
  5. Sugar 4-5 tbsp
  6. Sliced dry fruits (Cashews, Almonds, Pistachios & Raisins)
  7. Cardamom powder 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a pressure cooker, add ghee and grated carrots. Roast the carrots, add milk, put on the lid and pressure cook upto one whistle, turn off the flame.
  2. After 10 minutes open the pressure cooker. Cook the carrots on low to medium flame until it becomes semi dry. Stir continuously.
  3. Add mawa, sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits, mix well.
  4. Cook until it becomes dry. Turn off the flame.
  5. Garnish with dry fruits.
