Jaljeera nimbu pani

Ingredients to make Jaljeera nimbu pani

  • 2 big spoon jeera powder
  • Kala namak 1 tbsp
  • 1/2 cup pudhina(mint leaves)
  • 1/2 cup hara dhaniya(coriander leaves)
  • salt
  • water
  • Ice Crushed
  • Pinch of hing (aseofotidea)
  • sugar (optional)
  • cucumber slices(optional)

How to make Jaljeera nimbu pani

  1. Grind dhaniya n pudina together with little water
  2. Strain in a big vessel add 4-5 cups water chilled if possible
  3. Add Hing salt kala namak sugar and mix well
  4. Add lime juice or squeeze 3 limes and mix well
  5. Pour in glass and add cucumber slices and crushed ice serve chilled
