About Szechwan fried rice Recipe

Homemade healthy fried rice for kids this summer

Szechwan fried rice

Ingredients to make Szechwan fried rice

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup vegetables (include which ur kids love)like peas carrot corn mushroom etc
  • 1 stalk of spring onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp Szechwan sauce
  • 1 tsp vinegar(very small spoon)
  • 1tsp soya sauce
  • salt
  • oil
  • 1tsp of Maggi masala(optional)

How to make Szechwan fried rice

  1. Heat oil and saute spring onions and garlic
  2. Add vegetables and fry for 2-3 minutes
  3. Add salt soya sauce Szechwan sauce and vinegar.give a quick stir
  4. Add Maggi masala
  5. Add rice and mix well
  6. Cover and cook for 2 min
  7. Serve hot

My Tip:

Add 1 tsp of sugar to enchance the taste. Adjust Szechwansauce accordingly.
