Mutton soup

Ingredients to make Mutton soup

  • 50 grams of mutton with Bone
  • 1/2 cup of Onion shallots
  • 1 Teaspoon of cumin seeds
  • 1 Teaspoon of turmeric powder
  • 1 peices of cinnamon
  • 3 pieces of cordamom
  • 2 pieces of lavang
  • 1/2 teaspoon of red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of ginger garlic paste
  • salt to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon of chopped coriander
  • 2 teaspoon of gingerly oil

How to make Mutton soup

  1. TAKE A MIXER JAR AND ADD 1/2 CUP OF ONION SHALLOTS
  2. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF CUMIN SEEDS
  3. ADD 1 TEASPOON OF TURMERIC POWDER
  4. ADD 1 SMALL PIECE OF CINNAMON 3 CORDAMOM, 2 LAVAGAM
  5. ADD 1/2 TEASPOON OF RED CHILLI POWDER
  6. 1/4 TEASPOON OF CORIANDER POWDER ADD 2 MIDUM SIZE TOMATO
  7. 1/2 TEASPOON OF GINGER GARLIC PASTE
  8. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  9. GRIND WELL
  10. ADD THE MASALA MIXTURE INTO THE COOKER
  11. ADD 2 CUPS OF WATER
  12. ADD 100 GRAMS OF LAMB MEAT AND BOAN
  13. COOK FOR 8-10 SOUNDS /WHISTLES
  14. OPEN THE COOKER AND CHECK OUT THE MUTTON IT'S COOKED OR NOT
  15. BEAUTIFULLY COOKED BONE AND MEAT
  16. ADD CHOPPED CORIANDER
  17. ADD 2 TEASPOON OF GINGERLY OIL
  18. MIX WELL
  19. TRANSFER THE BOWL AND SERVE
  20. MUTTON SOUP IS READY
