  • Ajwain 1/4tsp
  • Redchilli powder. 1/4tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • oil 2tsp
  • water as needed
  • Filling-boil potato 1
  • salt as per taste
  • coriander leaves chopped
  • Green chilli chopped
  • amchur pow 1/4tsp
  • oil for frying
  • Bread piece 2

How to make Stuffed gate bread roll

  1. PEEL BOIL POTATO 1
  2. MIX DRY MASALE LIKE SZLT,AMCHUR POWDER,RED CHILLI POWDER, CORIANDER LEAVES AND MIX IT
  3. 3TBSP GRAME FLOUR ,SALT,RED CHILLI POWDER,AJWAIN,OIL 2TSP
  4. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS ADD LITTLE WATER
  5. MAKE DOUGH
  6. MAKE THICK CHAPATI
  7. NOW POTATO MIXTURE SPREAD ON CHAPATI AND ROLL IT
  8. CLOSE CORNER WITH LITTLE WATER
  9. PUT THIS ROLL IN WARM WATER
  10. BOIL IT FOR 2 MIN
  11. NOW ROLL BREAD WITH PIN WHEEL
  12. CUT IT IN TWO PIECES
  13. SPRESD TOMATO SAUCE ON BREAD
  14. TAKE ONE PIECE OF GATTA FOLD IT
  15. STICK SIDES WITH WATER
  16. DEEP FRY IN HOT OIL
  17. TILL GOLDEN
  18. READY TO SERVE .
