Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Hakka noodles...1pack
  2. Salt a pinch
  3. Oil for Deep frying
  4. Mix veggies(peas,capsicum,carrot & beans)...1bowl( for topping)
  5. Boiled potato...1
  6. Chopped Onion...1
  7. Chopped garlic...3
  8. Chopped tomato...1
  9. Pav bhaji masala...4tspn
  10. Salt
  11. Cumin powder...1tspn
  12. turmeric powder...1tspn
  13. Red chilli powder...1tspn
  14. Coriander leaves...1tspn(for garnishing)
  15. Chilli flakes...1tspn
  16. Oregano...1tspn

Instructions

  1. First parboil the noodles
  2. Heat oil in a deep non stick kadhai ,add noodles, evenly spread it to form a layer & deep fry it till it turns crispy.
  3. Fry both sides & keep aside.
  4. Make pav bhaji now.Boil veggies & potato.
  5. Heat oil, add chopped onion, tomato , garlic & ginger paste..Saute it for a while.
  6. Add boiled & mashed veggies & potatoes.
  7. Add all spices & salt.
  8. Mix it well & add water to make gravy.
  9. Pav bhaji is ready now.
  10. Just before serving place the crispy noodles on a serving dish & top it with pav bhaji mixture.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves, chilli flakes & oregano.
