Chopsuey with Pav bhaji Tadka

Ingredients to make Chopsuey with Pav bhaji Tadka

  • Hakka noodles...1pack
  • salt a pinch
  • oil for Deep frying
  • Mix veggies(peas,capsicum,carrot & beans)...1bowl( for topping)
  • Boiled potato...1
  • Chopped onion...1
  • Chopped garlic...3
  • Chopped tomato...1
  • Pav bhaji masala...4tspn
  • salt
  • cumin powder...1tspn
  • turmeric powder...1tspn
  • red chilli powder...1tspn
  • coriander leaves...1tspn(for garnishing)
  • chilli flakes...1tspn
  • Oregano...1tspn

How to make Chopsuey with Pav bhaji Tadka

  1. First parboil the noodles
  2. Heat oil in a deep non stick kadhai ,add noodles, evenly spread it to form a layer & deep fry it till it turns crispy.
  3. Fry both sides & keep aside.
  4. Make pav bhaji now.Boil veggies & potato.
  5. Heat oil, add chopped onion, tomato , garlic & ginger paste..Saute it for a while.
  6. Add boiled & mashed veggies & potatoes.
  7. Add all spices & salt.
  8. Mix it well & add water to make gravy.
  9. Pav bhaji is ready now.
  10. Just before serving place the crispy noodles on a serving dish & top it with pav bhaji mixture.
  11. Garnish with coriander leaves, chilli flakes & oregano.
