About Veg. Bunny chow Recipe

It is African dish. Its known as African Durban curry.

Veg. Bunny chow

Ingredients to make Veg. Bunny chow

  • 8 hours soked and boiled chickpeas 1 cup
  • 1 medium size boiled and chopped poteto
  • oil 1 spoon
  • ghee 1 spoon
  • Star 1
  • Cinemon stick 1/2 inch
  • Papper 7 to 10
  • fennel seeds 1/2 spoon
  • Cardom 3
  • red chilli powader 1 spoon
  • coriander powader 2 spoon
  • Garam masala 1/2 spoon
  • salt as per taste
  • Finally chopped onion 2 spoon
  • Finally chopped tometos 2 spoon
  • garlic paste 1 spoon
  • water as required
  • curry leaves 7
  • Bun as required

How to make Veg. Bunny chow

  1. Dry roaste whole spices and fennel seeds and add water
  2. Take ghee and oil and heat it
  3. Add garlic paste
  4. Add curry leaves
  5. Add chopped oninon and cook it for 1 minute
  6. Add chopped tomatoes cook it for 1 minute
  7. Add crushed spice with water and cooke it for 2 minutes
  8. Add coriander powader, turmeric powader and red chilli powader and salt as per taste
  9. Add boiled chickpeas and mix well
  10. Add chopped poteto
  11. Add garam masala and juice of lemon and mix well
  12. Scoop bread
  13. and pour curry in bread and serve it
