Ingredients: All Purpose Flour - 1 cup; Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup; Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp; Baking Soda - A Pinch; Powdered Sugar - 1 cup; Milk - As Required; Salt - A Pinch; Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp; Melted Butter - 50 gms; Vinegar - 1 tsp; Some chopped dry fruits and gems

All Purpose Flour - 1 cup
Cocoa Powder - 1/2 cup
Baking Powder - 1/2 tsp
Baking Soda - A Pinch
Powdered Sugar - 1 cup
Milk - As Required
Salt - A Pinch
Vanilla Extract - 1 tsp
Melted Butter - 50 gms
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Some chopped dry fruits and gems

Instructions

In a bowl sieve all the dry ingredients one by one.Mix it well
Add milk and melted butter and make smooth batter then add the vinegar to make the cake fluffy. Add chopped dry fruits.
pour the batter in a greased tin and tap nicely.
preheat the microwave for 10 minutes in microwave mode.Bake the cake for 20 minutes. and check if a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean
leave the cake for 10 minutes to cool down completely then run a knife around the edge of the tin and turn the cake out.
decorate the cake with powdered sugar and some gems.. it's ready to eat
