These healthy cheesy spinach and broccoli wraps are full of vitamins and minerals.Ideal for a brunch or tiffin box.

Ingredients to make Spinach broccoli wraps

  • wheat flour 1 & 1/2 cup
  • spinach puree 1 cup
  • salt 1 tsp
  • oil 1 tbsp
  • water as required
  • For stuffing:
  • Broccoli 1 cup
  • Mux capsicum(red,yellow,green) 1 cup
  • ginger chilli paste 1 tsp
  • cottage cheese 100 gms
  • Black pepper 1 tsp
  • Oregano 1 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Mozzarella cheese 1 cup(grated)
  • tomato ketchup 1/2 cup

How to make Spinach broccoli wraps

  1. TAKE 1 & 1/2 CUPS OF FLOUR.ADD 1 TSP SALT AND 1 CUP OF PUREED SPINACH.
  2. ADD A TBSP OF OIL AND WATER AS REQUIRED.
  3. KNEAD A SOFT DOUGH JUST LIKE PARATHA DOUGH.COVER AND REST FOR 15 MINUTES.
  4. TAKE A TBSP OF OLIVE OIL.
  5. ADD A TSP OF GINGER CHILLI PASTE.
  6. ADD 1 CUP OF MIX CAPSICUM.SAUTE FOR 2 MINUTES.
  7. ADD BLANCHED BROCCOLI FLORETS AND SAUTE.
  8. ADD A TSP OF SALT AND BLACK PEPPER.
  9. ADD 100 GMS GRATED COTTAGE CHEESE.
  10. ADD A TSP OF OREGANO AND MIX.OUR STUFFING IS READY.
  11. TAKE A LEMON SIZED DOUGH BALL AND ROLL INTO A ROTI.
  12. PUT TO ROAST IN A TAWA.
  13. ROAST BOTH SIDES RILL BROWN SPOTS APPEAR.
  14. APPLY TOMATO KETCHUP ON THE SPINACH TORTILLA.
  15. PUT SOME GRATED CHEESE IN THE CENTER.PUT A TBSP OF BROCCOLI STUFFING OVER THE CHEESE.
  16. FOLD FROM BOTH SIDES TO MAKE A WRAP.
  17. NOW APPLY LITTLE OIL ON TAWA AND ROAST THE SPINACH WRAP FROM BOTH SIDES.
