Kiwi Shrikhand

Ingredients to make Kiwi Shrikhand

  • Yogurt 250 gms
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • Powdered sugar 2 tsp or as per your taste
  • Kiwi extracts 3 tsp

How to make Kiwi Shrikhand

  1. Drain all the water from the yogurt with the help of a strainer or a muslin cloth. It takes about 30 minutes and hung curd is ready.
  2. Now take a bowl, put hung curd in it. Add chilled milk into it. Mix it well.
  3. Now add powdered sugar and kiwi extract. Mix all the ingredients well. Refrigerate it for about 15 minutes. Kiwi shrikhand is ready . Serve chilled in glasses or individual bowls.

My Tip:

I have used kiwi extract. You can use mango, melon etc also. You can make this dish with cardamom powder and with some nuts as well.
