Rosted chewda

Ingredients to make Rosted chewda

  • Poha 2 cup
  • 1/2 Cup peanut
  • 1/2 cup daliya dal
  • Dry coconut 1/4 cup
  • salt
  • curry leaves 6
  • Caster sugar 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds

How to make Rosted chewda

  1. First roast poha in microwave.
  2. Roast Poha till crispy .
  3. Roast peanut. Roast daliyadal .
  4. In big vessel take 2 tbsp oil ,peanut,curry leaves,dal,dry coconut,roast .Off the gas then add all dry masala.
  5. Add all masala in this tadka.
  6. Add this tadka in rosted poha than micro 2 minute.
