Ingredients to make Japanese caramel panna

  • For caramel:: 1 cup sugar,half cup water
  • Milk Panna::1/2 milk
  • sugar 200 gm
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp venila essence

How to make Japanese caramel panna

  1. Keep pan add sugar,water keep stirring..until it becomes caramel...put egdes on deep bowl
  2. Take another bowl put eggs,pour milk,add sugar , venila, essence Keep mix until sugar melted.. This mixture pour into caramel coated bowl ..keep boiling 20 min .. It becomes tide Garnish with caramel..ready to serve Japanese panna

My Tip:

Caramel must coated to the bowl..
