Ingredients to make Thai style Pork with black pepper

  • Boneless pork pieces - 100 gram
  • Crushed garlic - 1 tsp
  • Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
  • Chopped ginger - 1 tsp
  • Chopped chilli peppers - 1 tsp
  • Chopped bell peppers - 3 tbsp
  • Fish sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Oyester sauce - 1 tbsp
  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • salt - As required
  • peanut oil - 2 tbsp

How to make Thai style Pork with black pepper

  1. Heat oil on a low flame and add garlic.
  2. Add pork and keep stir fry until soft.
  3. Add onion,ginger, bell peppers, chilli peppers, stir for sometime.
  4. Add fish sauce, oyester sauce, salt, sugar, parsley and stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
