About Cherry mousse Recipe

Cherry mousse is a fluffy, creamy, flavoured cloud like dessert. It is the perfect dessert for easter. The best thing is easy and quick to prepare this.The best thing in this cherry mousse is that it melts in your mouth.

Cherry mousse

Ingredients to make Cherry mousse

  • Cherries (deseeded and paste) - 225 grams
  • Heavy cream - 2 cups
  • Confectioners' sugar - 4 tbsp
  • Flavoured/unflavoured Gelatine powder - 2 tsp
  • Chopped cherries - 2 tbsp

How to make Cherry mousse

  1. Combine cherry paste, heavy cream, confectioners' sugar, gelatine powder in a bowl and top with chopped cherries.
  2. Refrigerate for about 2 hours.

My Tip:

Stir the mixture till "just combined"
