Ingredients to make Surti egg kheema

  • 2-3 egg
  • 6-7 green chili
  • Pinch of Garm masala
  • oil as required
  • salt to teast
  • Frech coriander
  • Half inch ginger
  • 3-4 garlic buds
  • 1/2 Tsp cumin seed

How to make Surti egg kheema

  1. ADD 2 GLAS OF WATER EGG TO BOIL
  2. TAKE CORIANDER ,GREEN CHILIES , GARLIC BUDS GINGER IN BLENDER GRIND IT WELL
  3. PEEL OFF THE BOILED EGGS
  4. ADD OIL IN HEATED PAN AND ADD ONION CHOPPED CUMIN SEED
  5. ADD GREEN PEAST (CORIANDER , GREEN CHILLI , GARLIC , GINGER ) MIX WELL
  6. ADD SALT AND A PINCH OF TURNERIC
  7. ADD GRATE BOILED EGG IN PAN
  8. SAUTE IT ON FLAME
  9. ADD CORIANDER AND GARM MASALA
