Ingredients to make Sevai upma

  • 2 cup sevai
  • 2 Tbsp oil
  • salt to teast
  • 1/2 turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tomata chopped
  • curry leaves
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 2-3 green chillies
  • 1 Tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 Tsp mustard seed

How to make Sevai upma

  1. TAKE 2 CUP SEVAI
  2. HEAT A KADAI AND ADD OIL ROAST SRVAI FOR 2-3" MINUTES UNTIL SLIGHTLY GOLDEN
  3. NOW HEAT OIL IN THE KADAI AND ADD MUSTARD AND CUMIN SEEDS
  4. ADD ONION CHOPPED MIX WELL
  5. ADD CURRY LEAVES AND GREEN CHILI
  6. ADD TOMATO CHOPPED AND SALT
  7. ADD TURMERIC POWDER SAUTE FOR 1-2 MINUTES
  8. ADD ROASTED SEVAI AND MIX WELL
  9. ADD HOT WATER AND MIX WELL
  10. COVER THE KADAI WITH A LID AND LET IT COOK FOR 5-6 MINUTES
  11. SERVE IMMEDIATELY
