Elchinadalas with cheese sticks

Ingredients to make Elchinadalas with cheese sticks

  • For tomato's gravy
  • Juicy tomato s 5-6 chopped
  • Red onions 4-5 finely chopped
  • Lettuce leaves 3-4 finely chopped
  • Seasoned herbs 1 tbs
  • Oregano. 1tbs
  • chilli flakes. 1/2 tbs
  • salt 1 ts
  • sugar 1/2 ts
  • Black pepper powder. 1 ts
  • garlic. Finely chopped
  • For dough of elchinadals
  • maida 5-6 cups
  • water. 1 cup for binding
  • baking soda 1ts
  • Baking powder 1/2 ts
  • olive oil. 1 tbs
  • For cheese sticks
  • Use the same dough of elchinadlas
  • Mozerallla 3 cups
  • Parmesan. 1 cups
  • Oregano. 1 ts
  • Black pepper powder 1ts
  • chilli flakes 1 ts

How to make Elchinadalas with cheese sticks

  1. For the gravy
  2. Take a grinder and jus make fine paste of the tomato's.
  3. Take a sause pan ,add olive oil n garlic in it and add the tomato paste .
  4. Add onion finely chopped in it n let them cook until golden brown
  5. Later let it cook well n later add all the herbs in it
  6. For enchiladas
  7. Bind the dough well n let it rest for 1/2 hr .
  8. Take the dough n make them round like Tortilla's { small Roti's }
  9. Then roast them on pan with olive oil n keep in muslin cloth
  10. For cheesy sticks
  11. Take the same dough which u took for elchinadlas .
  12. Make sheets of it and fill in the cheese into it and seal it .
  13. Fry them in medium heat till golden .
  14. For serving .... :ramen: :ramen:
  15. Jus make sure u first take the gravy in the serving bowl .
  16. Later roll the elchinadlas n Inside put the cheese sticks .
  17. Roll them n put it in the bowl n pour the gravy from up add some herbs in it n serve hot ....

My Tip:

Jus make sure u serve it hot it would jus taste delicious ....
